邓宁博士,教授,博士研究生导师,美国密西根大学博士后。暨南大学抗体工程技术研究中心副主任,细胞工程教研室主任,广东省免疫学会常务理事。国家“863”项目主持人,国家自然科学基金、广东省基金、广州市科技计划等项目评审专家,暨南大学“十一五”优秀科研工作者,暨南大学生科院师德标兵。

工作经历
1987年本科毕业于华中师范大学生物系,1993年硕士研究生毕业于华中师范大学昆虫学研究所,2003年博士毕业于中山大学生科院。1987年至1990年,湖北三峡大学生物系任教,1993-2000年在湖北三峡大学医学院任教,2003-现在,暨南大学生科院任教。2009-2010,美国密西根大学癌症研究中心博士后。
研究方向
主要围绕肿瘤血管新生抑制机理、肿瘤治疗性多肽疫苗、肿瘤治疗相关的工程抗体与抗体药物开发等开展研究。建立了肿瘤血管生长抑制、肿瘤生长转移等评价系统,建立了和肿瘤多肽疫苗的设计和人源性抗体药物研究技术平台。开发的人源性抗bFGF抗体肿瘤抑制率高达80%。开发的多表位肿瘤治疗性疫苗已进入临床前研究。主持了国家“863”专题项目、国家自然科学基金,教育部科学技术研究重点项目,广东省科技公共和广州市科技攻关重点项目等科多项研项目。获批科研项目经费800多万元。获得国际发明专利授权1项,获得国家发明专利授权7项。在国内外学术期刊发表研究论文60 余篇。
教学
主编《动物细胞工程》,科学出版社2014,“十二五”规划教材,参编《医学细胞生物学》科学出版社2012,《医学细胞生物学实验与复习思考题》,科学出版社2013。主持“动物细胞工程”广东省精品资源共享课程。指导本科学生获批广东省挑战杯大学生科技作品竞赛三等奖,指导本科学生获批国家级创新工程项目5项。主讲动物细胞工程、细胞生物学、抗体工程
